You will participate in all aspects of our diverse litigation practice, ranging from white collar criminal defense and investigation to defensive and plaintiff-oriented civil litigation. A competitive candidate will have:
- Strong academic credentials
- One to two years of high-quality litigation experience (inclusive of clerkships)
- Demonstrated excellence in legal writing

We are seeking Analysts to join our growing litigation boutique.
This is a two-year program for recent college graduates who want hands-on experience in white-collar criminal defense, government investigations and trial work of all kinds. TDB Law is particularly known for its expertise in cryptocurrency fraud recovery cases and other litigation involving emerging technologies.
Analysts are integral members of our lean case teams, working directly with the firm’s founding partners and attorneys on active matters. This is a substantive role that goes far beyond what you’d get in a traditional paralegal position.
